Our robe/pj supplier has informed us that the warehouse is closed until further notice in order to keep their employees safe from the coronavirus.
What happens if I want to cancel an order I've already placed? If you would like to cancel a recent order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will gladly refund you ASAP.
How long will the delay be? Unfortunately we are NOT their only customer so we don't have any precedence when it comes to them filling orders. It's simply first come, first served once they reopen. In the past when they have run out of a particular item it's generally a couple of days before they can refill their supply.

Any orders that include a BUYIN item will not be shipped out until the entire order is in.
If you want the buyin item but also want a bunch of other IN STOCK items, simply order them separately. This way I can ship out the in stock items right away and the buyin items when they arrive.
I will email you if you order a mixture of buyin and in stock items just to be sure you are willing to wait. If not, we can make arrangements for you to pay the separate shipping or reverse the order.
We do biweekly buy-ins for robes and satin pjs.
Once the order is placed it takes approximately one week for them to arrive to our shop where we then package up and ship out.
We do end up with a FEW extras from time to time and they will show as IN STOCK in a separate section of the site but please do not depend on this as it's rare we will have the quantity you require.
